NEWS - Riviera and Volvo Penta IPS information day
For those wanting to know more about Volvo Penta’s revolutionary IPS pod-drive system, R Marine Pittwater will conduct an information day on Saturday, April 30.
Volvo Penta’s IPS pod-drive propulsion system has taken the world by storm and is changing the way owners use their boats, and the way boat manufacturers build them.
Many of the world’s leading boatbuilders, including Riviera, are making boats with this engine platform as standard equipment. Riviera has its latest soon-to-be-released model, the 53 Enclosed powered by Volvo Penta IPS pods.
“If you have wondered how the system works, what the features and benefits are, and would it suit my boating; then this day is for you,” said Bruce Mitchell, dealer principal of R Marine Pittwater.
The brokerage will have a representative from Volvo Penta to explain the entire IPS system as well as Volvo Penta engineer Jason Bott discussing IPS in regards to servicing. Both representatives will also answer any questions.
“If considering a new Volvo Penta IPS-powered boat but have reservations and need your questions answered; we would love to see you here. Our new IPS powered 43FB will be on hand for the purpose of the day,” said Mitchell.
For reservations, contact Bruce Mitchell by April 15 to reserve a place for the IPS information day. Numbers are limited and refreshments will be provided on the day, phone (02) 9979 7000; 0438 669 000, fax (02) 99971662, email: bmitchell@rmarinepittwater.com.au or visit www.rmarinepittwater.com.au
