News - 134 Berths Added To Moreton Bay Trailer Boat Club Marina

The Moreton Bay Trailer Boat Club (MBTBC) will extend its marina capacity by 134 berths to 332 with an official opening planned for tomorrow (Friday, June 18).

The Hon. Paul Lucas MP will officially open the new marina extension at the MBTBC, Manly Boat Harbour, less then 20km east of the Brisbane CBD on Moreton Bay.

As well as increasing marina capacity, the MBTBC redevelopment includes an undercover car-park facility, with new amenities and three new double-sided berths to be added in December. The MBTBC marina caters for both mono and multihulls from 10m to 24m.

The MBTBC Commodore, John Drakos said: “The Club has a strong tradition of providing the best facilities possible for members and the travelling boatie. This extension has been built to facilitate as many people as possible to enjoy boating in Moreton Bay.”

All are welcome to join the MBTBC team at the official opening from 1.45pm on Friday, 18 June, at MBTBC Marina, 1 Wyvernleigh Close, Manly Boat Harbour.
