SYNDICATIONS - FAIRLINE SQUADRON 55 MOTOR YACHT
CRS Yachts, Australian dealers of Fairline Motor Yachts, has announced the development a new Fairline Private Yacht Syndication (FPYS) service that offers time-poor individuals with an opportunity to experience the pleasures of high-end yachting, with an unprecedented level of service and quality.
The company said it responded to requests from current and prospective clients and reviewed the current syndication models on the market with the decision to take syndication to the next level. CRS Yachts said it will offer first-class service and a host of added amenities, to make owners feel as though they are the sole boat owner.
CRS Yachts Sales and Marketing Director, Mark Chapman states: “The proposition is very different to what is currently on offer in syndication. People will have the opportunity to purchase a stake without having to pay excessive non-dealer prices or premium management fees. We’re a Fairline dealer, which means people will pay normal retail for a stake and competitive fees, despite the high-quality service offering. Our model is simpler and more transparent.”
According to CRS Yachts, FPYS makes the little details matter. “With an innovative online system, all owners have access to the online booking schedule for the motoryacht, and they will also receive a text message to confirm the booking, as an extra reminder,” it said. “Time allocated to each owner is based on a point system, allowing people to book two months ahead with everyone having the same entitlements to weekends and public holidays.”
CRS Yachts said the online system is only the beginning of the service that the company compares to a five-star hotel or serviced apartment. CRS Yachts said there is also a choice of personalised linen, fresh towels and soaps, exclusive catering options, crew services, boating equipment, and your favourite newspaper or magazine is sure to be on the coffee table on arrival.
“At CRS Yachts we believe it’s the added extras that make the difference,” says Chapman. “We’re dedicated to making the boat owners experience memorable, from the moment they discuss syndication and the features of our luxury motoryachts, to when they step on their yacht, with their favourite paper and beverage in hand.”
CRS Yachts said management of each yacht is all handled by the company for a competitive fee based on the offering, and there is ongoing support provided by its fully trained sales and service technicians to each syndicate member, to ensure they have the knowledge to handle their boat with confidence.
CRS Yachts says it has an exclusive syndication offer with Fairline’s Squadron 55 Motor Yacht (2010 model) that recently arrived in Australia. “There are five equal opportunities on offer and the company has already received a high level of interest from its current client base, proving that this high-end value proposition fills a gap in the market,” CRS Yachts said.
“Fairline’s Squadron 55 Motor Yacht won the coveted Motor Boat of the Year Award (2009) in London.
It features the largest flybridge in her class, an exceptionally well finished and light-filled open-plan interior design concept and luxurious accommodation for six guests and one crew.
“The 55 supports full-colour touchscreen navigation equipment from Garmin and the boat can be managed from the touchscreen yacht management interface at the helm. With amazing craftsmanship and supreme engineering excellence, the Squadron 55 is in a class of its own,” said the company.
The Fairline Squadron 55 will be based at the CRS Yachts office at Rose Bay Marina in Sydney and boats will also be syndicated at the new CRS Yachts office at Marina Mirage on the Gold Coast.
