Raymarine grows Asia market

Marine Centre Asia has been appointed the exclusive Raymarine distributor in Taiwan, and is now for all Raymarine sales, service, training and commissioning across the island.

“Taiwan is a very important boat building market for Raymarine and in Marine Centre Asia we have a partner who is capable of fully servicing the needs of this market” said Ben Bowley, managing director, Raymarine Asia. “Of particular interest to Raymarine is Marine Centre Asia’s very strong technical expertise. As the size of leisure boats built in Taiwan continues to increase, the complexity of the electronics installations has also increased and Raymarine needed to ensure that we could fully service this market requirement,” he said.

Marine Centre Asia owners Will Frick and Tom Cooper have over 25 years experience in luxury marine and electronics, and have worked with many of Taiwan’s leading boatyards.
