Our pint-sized photographic dynamo, Ellen Dewar, took to the airways to bring you the exciting images of the Hampton 650 Endurance in passagemaker mode off the Gold Coast that will grace our cover and are printed in detail in the forthcoming special edition of Trade-a-Boat issue 392 (on sale August 26) devoted to stirring your sense of adventure. The pics were shot with the chopper hovering just metres off the bow of the Hampton. pilot Scott Menzies from Gold Coast Helitours is famous for his deft driving. The camera shutter speed was at least 1/500th to ensure nice crisp images, says Ellen.
