Astraea is a 2014 launch Beneteau Oceanis 38 that has been very lightly used since her launch and always kept in good condition.
This is a weekender version of Beneteau's model with the open layout down below in light oak timber. There is a huge double bed  forward of a huge saloon area, fitted galley to starboard, separate shower washroom starboard aft behind a separate head, a large  enclosed aft cabin behind a stand alone storage locker. There is a timber companionway steps, ocean-air blinds, mosquito screens, microwave, inverter and more.
Astraea was equipped with furling mainsail, electric cabin top winch, 3 blade folding propellor and adjustable jib cars. She equiped with spinnaker pole but no spinnaker or other sails except jib and mainsail presented.
She is also fitted with a bimini & dodger fixed to the mainsail arch, teak cockpit floor. Huge lowering teak covered transom for ease of boarding and swimming access, a huge cockpit locker, category 7 safety gear for 10,  double bow roller, cockpit table, teak covered helm seats, shore power, electric toilet, inverter, electric windlass, anchor and mooring pack, wheel and table covers, B&G instrumentation and more.
Now moored in "one million dollar spot" Lavender bay for only $570 per month and can be use for commercial charters as she is in 2D survey. There are two owners of the boat now and one of the owners happy to keep his share when other one wish to sale. There is no formal syndicate exist yet but formal syndicate agreement can be organised or we may keep it on "shake hand" basis.
