This 2000 Dyna 48 Flybridge - Twin Caterpillar 435hp Luxury Cruiser has hit the market just in time for the new season! Proudly built by Dyna Craft, this 2000 Dyna 48 Flybridge combines robust offshore naval architecture with timeless, upscale styling. A much loved, family owned vessel for over 6 years, the boat was aptly named "Salmakis" by the owners after the legendary Greek water nymph of ancient springs. This motor yacht has served as the ultimate floating weekend retreat and is now reluctantly brought to market due to a lifestyle transition to a permanent residence nearby. Very well maintained, with recent out of water works completed just last month and presenting beautifully with a premium high gloss Cherry wood interior and spacious dual cabin layout, this vessel represents a premier turnkey package for local coastal cruising, entertaining, or extended stays at anchor. Vessel Overview & Lifestyle The vessel is powered by highly sought after twin Caterpillar turbocharged diesel engines on traditional shafts, providing ultimate reliability for bay and coastal cruising. An onboard marine diesel generator ensures full independence away from the dock, supplying 240V power to run the reverse cycle air conditioning systems at your favourite anchorage. Designed with extended stays in mind, the galley has been modernised with recently purchased household appliances, including an upright fridge/freezer, electric ceramic touch control cooktop, and convection microwave. The luxury accommodations feature a generous two cabin, two bathroom layout, highlighting a private forward master stateroom with a centerline queen island bed, alongside a comfortable twin guest cabin. Both bathrooms boast private, glass enclosed hot showers and electric marine toilets. Entertainment flows effortlessly through the vessel, with an LCD Smart TV in the saloon and a multi zone marine Bluetooth sound system feeding independent audio to the saloon, cockpit, and flybridge. Navigating is simple and safe from either the lower saloon helm or the panoramic, fully enclosed upper flybridge station, both featuring complete electronics suites and comprehensive engine telemetry. Complete with a beautifully spacious teak laid cockpit perfect for alfresco dining and an expansive flybridge lounge, Salmakis is ready to move seamlessly on to its next chapter. As an added benefit, the option is available for the new owners to continue the current lease of the highly sought after berth at Queenscliff Harbour, securing a premier, hassle free location immediately upon purchase.
