11.3 meter(37 foot) timber ex cray boat. 4.65 meter beam Built form Huon pine in Tasmania in 1968. &nbsp;Wheelhouse aft.
Vessel has previously been in survey and is currently at Mornington Harbour in Victoria.
The boat is very sound and has been well maintained. It has a mast and boom and can be sailed operating with the motor. Stabiliser arms are also available. layout is as original except for the addition of a toilet behind the wheel house.&nbsp;
Sounder, radios VHF and HF. Electric heavy duty anchor winch.
Original cray wet room still in place which could be removed to allow a large under deck accomodation area.
Decks have been sealed and are very sound.
Motor is a Gardner 6LXB which runs very well. Engine room s clean &nbsp;and bilge systems &nbsp;are working well.
