Offered for reluctant sale is the beautiful Beryl Anne, a 45 foot fishing trawler built by Pompei of Mordialloc in 1983. Just dropped the price by $14,000 - very motivated seller right now due to a pending opportunity. Extremely solidly constructed out of Huon Pine &amp; Celery Top. The hull is extremely sound and seaworthy and has a full length steel slipper on the keel. We have had the vessel on the Gippsland lakes for the last 9 years having brought it around from Port Lincoln. We have had loads of family fun but it is now time to move on to another project. Engine is a C6M210 Rolls Royce (Spare engine available), Twin Disk gearbox. Engine starts first spin and uses no oil. Tank capacity: Fuel 2000 litres in 2 tanks. Water 1000 litre. Comfortable to live aboard with a double and 2 singles in the focsle. Shower, Electric toilet, hot water service, fridge and full size stove.
