Conditions of Entry
- Instructions on “How to Enter” form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is open to residents of Australia, other than employees of ACP Magazines Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, and their associated agencies and families.
2 Competition opens 29.02.2012 and closes 28.03.2012. Entry is by completing the SAVE FACE WITH SUPER MINI BOOSTER competition in its entirety and answering our tie breaker question, “tell us a time when a Super Mini Booster would have saved you from embarrassment” in 50 words or less. Entries can be completed online at www.tradeaboat.com.au or by emailing the Promoter at tab@traderclassifieds.com.au
3 Entry is open to all Australian residents over 18 years of age, who complete the SAVE FACE WITH SUPER MINI BOOSTER between 29.02.2012 and 28.03.2012. Entry is subject to filling out the entry fully & completely.
4 The winning entry will be judged at the Promoter’s premises by the Trade-a-Boat editorial team at 29.03.2012 at 12PM. The winner will be notified by phone and mail. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.
5 All entries become the property of ACP Magazines Ltd, care of ACP Trader Classifieds Pty Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, the promoter, at 73 Atherton Road, Oakleigh, VIC 3166, and may be used in future marketing promotions.
6 Prize includes: One (1) Super Mini Booster portable emergency power pack: a 14amp/h memory-free rechargeable power source suitable for jump starting your boat or car on the go.
7 Total prize value is $295.00 AUD. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
8 The prize package will be delivered within 28 days of the draw. If by 29.06.2012 the prize has not been claimed it is the responsibility of Trader Classifieds that the competition be re drawn on 30.06.2012 at 11am, at Trader Classifieds 73 Atherton Road Oakleigh, VIC 3166. Re-drawn winners will be notified by phone and by post on 01.07.2012.
9 The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion are governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page for location in this issue). If you do not want your information provided to any organisation not associated with this promotion, please indicate this clearly on your entry to the promoter in writing.
10 By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
